Product owner

WUIC Framework is developed and distributed by Lorenzo Castrico, a sole proprietor registered in Italy (VAT IT02098880681). All rights on the source code, the WUIC brand and marketing materials belong to the owner.

WUIC commercial license

The framework is distributed under a commercial license (Developer / Professional). Purchase authorizes the use of the framework to develop commercial applications. Price and scope details are on the pricing page.

Third-party components

WUIC bundles the following third-party components, each under its own license:

• Syncfusion Essential Studio (Community License held by the owner, approved by Syncfusion Inc. on 2026-04-23, ticket #832836). The license covers the redistribution of the components inside the WUIC framework. WUIC licensees who want to use Syncfusion directly outside the WUIC wrappers must purchase their own Syncfusion license from syncfusion.com.
• Stimulsoft Reports (commercial license held by the owner with redistribution clause). Used by the report designer and viewer.
• PrimeNG, Angular, FullCalendar, Monaco Editor, and other open-source libraries: each under its own license (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). Full license texts are shipped in the distributed ZIP packages.

Complete notices (LICENSE-Syncfusion.txt, LICENSE-Python.txt, etc.) are bundled in every WUIC deployment ZIP, at the root and in the relevant subfolders.

Syncfusion is a registered trademark of Syncfusion Inc. Stimulsoft is a trademark of Stimulsoft. Microsoft, WideWorldImporters, SQL Server are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners.
